A Ramble on Survivor

I n a previous entry, I noted that none of the players in Survivor (Guatemala edition) had indicated that they were Christians. This might have changed. After a recent shuffling of players, one has tribe has become very religious, prays before every meal, and thanks Jesus for everything. That is according to someone on the tribe that is avowedly not religious but has gone along with it in hopes of not getting voted off. This person did in fact narrowly avoided being voted off - possibly due to his strategy of encouraging a different player to talk about himself alot (which that person didn't need much help doing). Anyways, the majority of the players on that tribe our from sates like Kansas, Oklahoma, Mississippi, Alabama and/or from a rural background. They have this religious habits mentioned previously, although much of their other actions are not want most would consider Christian (but it is really impossible to say how serious they take Christianity from the limited clips that are shown on TV).
