Diet Update 3

Weight loss this week: 0.5 pounds

Weight loss total in 3 weeks: 10 pounds


Since I've stuck to my diet I'd have to say that was a rather disappointing week.

Don't get discouraged, stick with it! You probably didn't gain it as fast as you're losing it--it takes time and perserverance. (Unfortunately.)

I hear ya. Keep going.

And once in a while, it doesn't hurt to throw in something out of the ordinary routine...like walking a couple extra miles one day or something....just to shake the body up and show it who's boss :-)
