Diet Update 26

Weight loss last week: 0.5 pounds

Weight loss total in 26 weeks: 44.5 pounds


26 weeks, that's half a year! My goal btw, was to lose 75 pounds in a year, so I'm well on track.

Hey, that's pretty amazing! Way to go! I wish I had patience like that. 75lbs would make me look like a supermodel.
