College Football Rankings 9-30
This week saw a big shake up, and I'm not just talking about Minnesota's new uniforms, which finally gives Oregon's all-yellow uniform some competition for the worst uniform ever.
1. LSU (5-0) - Took the first half off, but is still the best team in the country.
2. California (5-0) - Good road win at Oregon.
3. USC (4-0) - Did everything wrong but still beat Washington. Can they beat a team with a good pass offense?
4. Ohio St. (5-0) - Taking care of business.
5. Oregon (4-1) - Gave California all they could ask for.
6. Arizona St. (5-0) - Is overlooked in a tough looking Pac 10.
7. Oklahoma (4-1) - Caught looking ahead, or simply not that good outside the state?
8. South Florida (4-0) - Close win at Auburn looks better now.
9. Florida (4-1) - Can they be competitive at LSU?
10. Wisconsin (5-0) - Not impressive, but they beat out follow unbeatens Boston College, Kentucky, Hawaii, Missouri, Cincinnati, Purdue, and Connecticut.

Four pac-10 teams in the top 25? Holy guacamole!
Yeah, not sure about the 4 Pac-10 teams... the conference is better, but they still don't know how to play defense.
Can't believe how much OU was looking ahead to Texas, they came out of halftime with no desire to keep playing.
No, 4 in the top 10 (4 in the top 6!). I am not one give to west coast bias, if anything I've had a slight Big-10 and Big-12 bias over the years.
Oregon didn't deserve to drop for their loss, and Arizona St. has played really well, is undefeated and I couldn't rank them below Oklahoma when they handily beat Colorado and OU couldn't. If Arizona St. had started ranked they'd be a top 10 team in the polls easily by now. If any Pac-10 team should be lower it should be USC.
And keep in mind this is mostly based on how teams have actually played, and no on their talent potential.
