College Football Rankings 11-18
1. LSU (10-1) - Won (rather unimpressively) at Mississippi. But someone has to be number 1.
2. Ohio St. (11-1) - Dominated Michigan defensively.
3. Missouri (10-1) - Won at Kansas St. Showdown with at Kansas next.
4. Arizona St (9-1) - Idle. Gets USC on Thanksgiving.
5. Kansas (11-0) - Looked great against Iowa St, but can they beat a good team?
6. West Virginia (9-1) - Won at Cincinnati, another team with a weak schedule.
7. Oregon (8-2) - QB injury victim #1. Lost to Arizona. Could have won though if they hadn't given up a defensive and a special teams touchdown.
8. Oklahoma (9-2) - QB injury victim #2. Lost at Texas Tech. Their offense didn't look good even before, but I would have expected more success running even with the back-up QB. Still haven't showed they can win on the road - but no road games left.
9. Virginia Tech (9-2) - Pounded Miami. A road game at ranked rival Virginia next.
10. USC (8-2) - Idle. Yes, they're ranked instead of Georgia. I'm calling the SEC overrated.
